Refund Policy
1. Terms of exchange and return.
If you would like to return or exchange an item, please email us at amaze@danielian-bureau.com within 14 days after receiving the package. To get a full refund, you have to return the item in its original condition, in its original packaging, and unused. If all conditions are met, we will offer a refund for this product. Please pack the parcel attentively for safe delivery, Amaze is not responsible for damages in transit. Also, all return shipping costs are non-refundable.
2. Conditions for canceling a pre-order.
If you would like to cancel a pre-order after 14 days from the payment date, please send us an email at
amaze@danielian-bureau.com. In this case, we will refund 80% of the order value, the refund period may be up to 14 working days.
3. Warranty.
Amaze products are guaranteed for 30 days from the date of purchase. If you have a warranty issue, send us an email notification with some photos and a description of the issue at amaze@danielian-bureau.com. We will contact you within 2-3 business days to clarify the details. Shipping costs to Amaze are non-refundable. The cost of shipping the goods to the customer is covered by Amaze.
